This place has recently renovated rooms with comfortable double beds and modern bathrooms.

Only thing I like was that it was one block from the ocean and the price. But I was charged $99. dollars more than my booking price which I am not happy about.

- I was charged $99. dollars more than my booking price. - Very noisey due to no weather striping around frame. - Lots of bugs and not very clean and smell like smoke. - Cleaning staff expected tips everyday instead of waiting till last day, but did not do a good job of cleaning nor do they know how to smile. - Broken furniture - They would be due for a major upgrade on everything. Go at your own risk.

I liked the price and location.

I did not like the upkeep of the hotel. It could definitely use a good cleaning and a few repairs.

The rooms here have separate televisions and provide a unique and cozy place to stay for a trip.

The location was good. Close to the beach and stores.

People were up all night making alot of noise, kids were screaming and running around. Seemed like it was a party motel.

we needed some help with accomadations for health and the person in charge gave us a room with clean air machine..thanks....the AC was on a low temp we didnt get it to change quickly so we called the desk..service person was to our room in literally a minute and got it going...thanks

The room had a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

The staff here are all incredibly accommodating, and the room is amazing with double beds.

Everone was really nice , The rooms were huge ! we would stay again .Thanks for a nice guite place to rest after a day at the beach .

The airport was 30 minutes drive away. The room with 2 beds.

The service was poor, the room was not kept well and we were treated as though we were trying to steal from them. Their advertisements are very deceiving, the place is nothing as it is presented.

The location of Belmont Inn & Suites is fantastic, close to everything. the staff was very nice and welcoming. - the room was fantastic, with a good size and comfortable double beds.

It had a musty smell..loud construction sounds early in the morning..(sawing and hammering) the remote controls to the televsions did not work..mold on the shower curtains

Its location...it's very close to the boardwalk and accessible to the oceanfront and business center....

I just have one request, please check insect and cockroaches.. We have seen ome in our room especially the kitchen and bedrooms.also, I hope they will provide iron board and hair dryer...thanks!
